Horrible experience! Very unorganized and rude. I called several times to confirm an appointment and no one ever answered and when I went in for the appointment, they said it wasn't confirmed even though I called several times then they rescheduled me. They called this time and told me 7 but then later got a text saying 8. So much more and I'm just never going to this location ever again.

So far the staff at the Aspen Dental office in McCalla (Promenade Pkwy) is very down to earth, professional yet so helpful, and super pleasant to be around. They really try to work with you on your treatment options; your scheduled appointments, etc... My only complaint is that I, personally. think the workmanship on the dentures, partials, etc... could be improved just a tad over what the commercials always lead you to believe, and the huge price you pay. UPDATE- NOVEMBER, 2022: From what I was told by the staff members, the dentist I saw the last two times I was there, is the owner. He is very pleasant, likable, and a lot of fun while working on your teeth. He likes having music playing in the background, which is a big plus +. And when he deadened my mouth for fillings, I never felt the needle, only a little pinch, which wasn't too bad. I don't know about the other Aspen Dental Offices, but I definitely recommend the Aspen Dental Office in Promenade Shopping Center, Mccalla, Alabama.
