I just visited Sally's in Bessemer, AL and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond what I expected them there to do. Monse ( one of the sales associates) greeted me with a warm, helpful and inviting smile and right away I needed help. She was approachable and ended up assisting me with all of my items. Once I reached the register, Antoinette (the other sales associate), continued to help like how to take of colored hair and several other helpful suggestions, without feeling pressure to buy other items that I wasn't ready to buy. Anyway,
If you are ever in Bessemer, you should definitely drop and enjoy the experience....

Went to Mcalla location and they were super helpful! The lady who helped me, Marisa, was very kind and patient with me and gave me some great recommendations!

Visited at 1:05pm on Tuesday, there were closed for inventory. No sign posted, warning or advance notification-very disappointing.
