Town & Country Ford Service Department

My car has been there a month, hasn't even been evaluated. Told it would be a week, then three weeks, now it's 6-8 weeks to be seen. They don't have a full-time mechanic for transmission issues and when that person is out they just don't service those cars. Awful and insufficient for people who don't have extra cars and need to get to work. My experience has been poor.

By far the best Dealership I have dealt with. Large enough to matter but small enough to still care. I purchased my used vehicle there and I am extremely satisfied not only with the vehicle but the staff members from the courtesy driver, salesperson, finance department, service advisor, mechanics and management that work as a team to make sure the customer is satisfied. It's very difficult this day and time to find such great team effort in an auto dealership but they make it happen!

BUYER BEWARE I purchased a brand new 2023 F150 LIMITED a few months ago. The service manager is completely ignoring me. After multiple calls and at least 3 voicemails, this Ford Dealership is absolutely horrible. No one will even pick up the phone to even listen to my issue. I will never buy another vehicle from Bessemer Ford ever again as it is obvious to me that they don't care about anything but the sale. When I bought the truck,I noticed there was a rip on the shifter. I ensured the defect was properly noted and written on the DUE BILL to replace or repair it. The guy who sold me truck strung me along for FOUR MONTHS and now even the SERVICE MANAGER, CHARLIE JONES is not picking up the phone. All I wanted was for them to acknowledge and do right by the DUE BILL. What is the point of even having this process in place if they never even acknowledge or attempt to do the right thing? Shame on you Ford. I was a loyal customer by purchasing three different pickup trucks. I think this will be my last.
