Kathy and the sellers failed to disclose that a metal building included in the price was NOT on our property, They also failed to disclose that the property has major erosion and drainage issues. So thanks for that Kathy and McMillan & associates. And they changed the listing pics to the original sellers back in 2018!!! Very deceptive, we are stuck with a building we paid for and can't do anything with until we move it, and a yard that floods around our foundation. Buyer beware state, right Kathy? You better believe it when it comes to mcmillan & associates
