If I could rate them higher, I would. Wonderful customer service. My mother had unfortunately passed away. By her wishes, she requested to be cremated. My older brother lives in Chicago and was booking a flight to come back home. I called Norris Funeral Home and explained to them our situation and to see if they can hold her body there so that my brother could pay his respect. They were extremely accommodating to help assist us. The young gentleman who was helping us went above and beyond and gave me his personal cell number because there phones were having issues, and this way I can keep in direct contact.The very next day, his flight kept getting delayed. By the time he was going to arrive, we would not have been to the funeral home in time. I informed the gentleman and he said that hed be more than willing to keep her for another day. The very next day we had sever weather come through, and knocked out their power. They were still more then willing to still allow us to come visit and pay our respects. They have been extremely supportive and helpful to us in this process.

Be careful ordering flowers on their web site, they display one price and when you choose an arrangement they offer "good, better, best" where the best is 25% more expensive than what you chose. During checkout you'll be charged a $20 service fee as well. Caveat emptor! (Buyer beware).
