        Need help at the window, only one person was working and the wait was long. So I went to the next post office in Auburn and it was three people working.there. Didn't have to wait long

        Auburn post office sucks. I been waiting on my mail for two weeks. Y'all need to do a better job at locking up these mailboxes. Some of us have VERY IMPORTANT mail coming through. I don't have time for people getting my information or stealing it

        Missing package. Says it was delivered yesterday but was never delivered. Going in tomorrow to find out where my package is. This is terrible. Never dealt with anything this bad since Mississippi!

        I've been waiting on a package and according to them, it was delivered in/at mailbox at 7:56pm Saturday. I've tried calling and get to answer! Never have I had such a messed up USPS! Shouldn't the package been dropped of at the door? If it was left by mailbox someone took it! Package was to big for the mailbox!!

        How low can a rating get? I used to live in manhattan nyc and its much better than auburn alabama usps. I mean why do you hire such stupid employees? Probably because the person over that office is also stupid.
