        Hired to replace a water heater and they completely ruined brand new floors with MULTIPLE DEEP SCRATCHES. When I complained, they said the scratches should just wipe away. Several attempts were made to repair, but the scratches are too severe to fix. I am very disappointed in this companies response to their mistake.

        I can't recommend J. Roarke enough! I had a terrible leak in my shower system and within a few days of the initial phone call, the leak was fixed and my shower system was upgraded as well. Pricing was very reasonable and I have to give a big shout-out to Carey and TJ who worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional! 5 stars to the company and 5 stars to the guys that came out.

      Ms. Hargrave,It is most regrettable that this review was our first notification of your apparently unsatisfactory experience with J. Roarke Plumbing Co. We truly aspire to provide not only expert plumbing services but excellent customer service. Unfortunately, there can be incidental damages when working to resolve a customer’s plumbing issue(s) but when they are reported in a timely manner, we always work diligently with the customer to find a satisfactory resolution. With regards to this particular service call, there was no notation of damage to any part of the property on the work order (a copy of this document can be provided upon request) and it was signed acknowledging “the satisfactory completion of the above described work.” Additionally, JRPC management was not notified of any issues or dissatisfaction with this service call until this review was posted and after many months (5+) had passed. Again, it is regrettable and unfortunate that we were unaware of this situation for so long since we would’ve been eager to attempt to provide you with 5-star service.
