        My family an I Love Marco's pizza. We order form them regularly. Service was great! They was a little busy. But they worked hard to get the orders out in a great timely manner.

        The lady in front of me was a NIGHTMARE. Her order was maybe 10 minutes behind and she pulled who I believe to be the manager or kitchen manager off the line to complain about her zero notice, Friday dinner order being a bit behind while repeatedly saying she "works in customer service." I'm a district manager and have been in FOOD service specifically for 15 years and I think your team handled it with more grace than I could have. Sorry for the tough client y'all but I saw a great response in store and thought someone should know.

        Decent pizza, staff is very slow, average wait time is 1 hour, waited 2 hours for a medium pizza. Honestly Marcos and evaders is the same pizza. I wouldnt pay extra for the name. Owner and manager needs to get his head out of his ahh and do better. They need to triple staff on weekends. I am reporting this store to corporate every day until they fix the issue.
