        Ordered a pizza at 450pm. Said it would be here at 530pm. Needless to say, I'm still waiting at its almost 615pm. I called and they are going to charge me for a pizza that sat on the shelf under a heat lamp for over an hour. That's not fresh, and then told me to call back for a partial refund.... Uuhhmm NO, better be forking out a full refund of my pizza.

        Ordered a pizza for delivery. Order informed me it was on the oven then I got a notification stating that my order was cancelled. I tried calling the store to figure out whats going on and no one is answering the phone. I placed the order a little after 10pm and the website states that they dont close until 11pm. Im not understanding why no one is answering the phone or why my order was canceled. At this point keep the carry out as an option and i could have came and got my food if they didnt want to deliver it.

        Papa Johns is usually my go to pizza franchise to order from but the one in Auburn just feels lower quality than all the other ones in terms of food. Other Papa Johns I've been to were incredible but at this one I'm not entirely sure what is different but it just doesn't taste as good. The pizza is never fully cut and if I don't want to tear it apart I have to recut it at home. Apologies for lack of specificity but it seems like the pizzas are thrown together quickly and with less care. Still good pizza compared to other places but 1-2 stars lower than most other Papa Johns restaurants.
