Ive used Eyemart Express in Opelika/Auburn, AL a few times in the past and have always been satisfied with the customer service and price point they provide. Yesterday, however, they took their customer service to a new level. Unbeknownst to me, the script my optometrist wrote did not actually provide all the necessary info for them to make my glasses to where I needed to be. I cant say enough for the care and patience that Madison showed me, going so far above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. She was patient and knowledgeable in both the technicalities of her job as well as the rules and regs of insurance vs. product payment and how I could get the most product for my money. This is my first Google review but Madison earned Eyemart Express of Opelika/Auburn, AL a customer for life, as I have no problem making the hour long drive for this level of service. Not to mention, I left (after waiting only an hour) paying less for 3 pairs of glasses than I paid for one pair last year, at my local optometrists office! I highly recommend Eyemart Express in Opelika/Auburn and now that I know theyre also providing the actual eye exams on site, I will be using them for all of my optometry needs!

Amazing store and people! Madison made sure I was taken care of... Kind, patient, and professional. You can tell Madison wants to help people get the right glasses for them and its not just something she has to do. Price, quality, all there at Eyemart. Don't go to one of these other places where all they care about is getting your money. Thanks again Madison and Team
