Pro Nails

I got my husband and I a pedicure. The ladies were very professional and they did a phenomenal job. When it came to my nails I had an experience from hell. The male tech is who they sent me to on number 3. He is extremely rude ! He wanted to tell me the colors that I should get on my nails after I showed him exactly what I wanted. He had an attitude the whole time and was extremely short. He snatched the lamp while my hand was still in the lamp for my Gel polish while the timer was still running. I spent $160 and I did not Tip due to station 3 and the horrible experience. We go to these places for relaxation. It has been 2 days and I am NOT satisfied with my service nor my nails, and they are closed today. The picture of the all pink and bulky nails is what I got while the ombr pink is what I asked for. When I showed the picture he yelled and said Thats more than one color and he still did a horrible job. The only reason I gave 1 star is because we had a decent experience for the pedicures. And these are my natural nails with an overlay I asked for square . This is not what I requested.

Ive been to a lot of nail places in Auburn and this is my favorite one! Mainly because they have the nicest staff that is so accommodating and willing to help you get the color and style you want. Not only are they helpful, but theyre also friendly and efficient. Big fan and highly recommend!

Most nail places smell like acetone but this place is very well vented. 10/10 I do recommend
