Staks Pancake Kitchen - Auburn

Absolutely fabulous! Staks is now a must visit every time we come back to visit our beloved Auburn. And we visit a lot! The dishes were not only innovative and creative - but tasted amazing. Staks knocks it out of the park. War Eagle and well done!

The food is okay, but between the 2 times I've been there I have experienced multiple employees being passive aggressive and rude.

The greeter, cashier, and server were so sweet. The food came out quicker than anticipated and fresh. The service overall was a fantastic experience. Parking: Due to it being earlier in the day, there was plenty parking spaces in front and across the street from Stax.

I love coming here to just to enjoy brunch before my day! The drinks are greats but this time I came I didnt get treated by greeters/servants with respect. Today particularly, when I arrived a worker immediately asked am I here for DoorDash. Although, I am a woman of color that shouldnt have been the first question asked. Hi, how are r you or welcome to Staks wouldve sufficed. I eat solo a lot of places but another server then stated she only asked because you were by yourself Ive came numerous of times and this was the first time it happened so I wont count them out quite yet. But hopefully, it doesnt happen again.
