I have used Century 21 on more than one occasion personally. The agents I have used were all exceptional, respectful and most helpful in every way. However, my most recent experience with Roni Braun was terrible. I have never had an agent treat myself or anyone with such disrespect. No agent should ever raise their voice at a client much less yell at them as if they were a child. Absolute worst experience ever. After asking politely to dissolve the contract I was then blessed with a most I unpleasant phone call wanting to know why. Following the call our house key was then mailed hours away from our home instead of asking us what we wanted done with it like a civilized person. I spoke with the broker regarding my concern and was dismissed. He never once apologized for the trouble.
