Waited in drive thru for 15 plus minutes for a roast beef sandwich and fries, sandwich and Fries were cold, come on people, you had one customer at the time, why send out sucky cold food, needless to say ill have to be on verge of starvation before I waste any more money there.

The food itself TASTED good and was hot. The service.... less than satisfactory. The man at the window was mumbling and speaking so quietly the entire time we couldn't hear anything. We had a pretty big wait (for fast-food) Before getting our meals, as we watched everyone move as slow as they possibly could. Everybody looked absolutely miserable. At some point I asked (quite loudly) for 2 Buffalo sliders, 1 jalapeo, and one of another type. Twice I was asked "so four mozzarella sticks?" Ahh... no. Once we received our food we got home and realized that one of the meals was entirely wrong, and was something more expensive. I should've checked the receipt, but didn't. Overall not remotely a bad expierence, just not a good one either. The other Arby's in the area is loads better for sure.
