Amazing staff and experience with this clinic!! They are very attentive, Dr. Tole is very intelligent and explains things very clearly, and their treatment methods are refreshingly thorough! I will be highly recommending them and look forward to continuing care here.

This office seems to be running well but if you look under the guise of all their convoluted processes like the shot clinic and billing portal, youll see literally no one knows how to communicate.
Today I was turned away from the shot clinic because I showed up from a long day of work and maneuvering through afternoon traffic to make it to the office, just to be turned away because I was 5 minutes late. 5 minutes. Even if I did get the shot and waited the 30 minutes I would still be out of there before 5:00 pm and she would still be able to close up. If you took all the money Ive put into worthless appointments to get essentially Allegra prescribed to me and all the shots Ive ordered and nasal sprays, my insurance and myself have paid thousands of dollars for that 5 minutes so I dont think its much to ask to ask for.
Also the billing department is even worse at communicating, Ill go to pay my copay and all the sudden I have multiple random charges from months ago. Where are they coming from? My insurance is accepting the claims so they have the money.
Learn how to communicate and maybe hire another shot administrator, so you dont close for lunch everyday and cause even more people to be turned away.

I mean the staff is nice but I guess they have to be to make up for the 78 minute wait times.
