        I'm required to give a star or there would be no stars. Every key I had made is so poorly cut they are missing pieces - perfectly straight-edge in places! They look nothing like the original key. When I tried to text to let them know, I was promptly told that the "texting system is under maintenance." Online support requires 48 hours to respond. Ridiculous. In the meantime I went to Walmart and used Minute Key. All (3) Minute Key copies work perfectly and the cost was $8 instead of $20. All I want is my money back. Do not waste time at this kiosk.

        Called about locked keys in car. Guy on the phone was super quick to get info, but I paused him to ask for the price first. (Website said to call for quote). Bro HUNG UP on me hahahah. He said "Oh, you want the price," thought about it, and hung up
