I proposed to my girlfriend, but unfortunately the ring was too small for our engagement shoot after. I called John, and he was available at 1 to resize it. He brought it up to size in 50 minutes and it was flawless. The ring looked better than it did when I dropped it off. My fiance and I were then able to go to our engagement shoot that afternoon. He is a very talented person and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Don't waste your time with other jewelers - go here.
