Tru by Hilton Auburn

#1. They have a peloton bike! Bring shoes #2. The room is bare bones but nice, clean and super comfy beds. Our black out curtain didnt work. Check it when you get to the room. #3. The lobby was cool. Cool seats and drinks and pool table #4. Breakfast was good. Pancake maker was finicky but good. Lots of toppings and syrup options.

FAL instead of TRU The hotel advertised free WIFI. We had no WIFI. The hotel advertised an EV charger. It did NOT work. (Photo attached of a bashed in charger.) It was clear that both of these issues were known problems. I got a half-hearted we are working on it. response from the manager. Last The sheet were thin and did not fit the bed. You have plenty better options in Auburn, go elsewhere.

Room 209 on Feb 11. The worst customer service ever by Hilton tru!!!! The clerk in the front wasn't at the front to check in and I had wait more then 10 mi uses and eventually I went to pantry to find her doing nothing and eventually when she came to front to get help help seh had the most undesirable look being at the front. If u dont want to work stop wasting peoples valuable time and let others who wants job take your position!!!!

My family and I Travel to Auburn Alabama from Florida attend our cousins wedding. We arrived at the hotel Saturday afternoon praying toocheck in Early but, Robin told me there wasn't any rooms available for check in at the moment . I explained our concerns and she asked me too give her some time and she went above and beyond too get us in our rooms so we could get showered and wedding ready by 2:30. Thanks again Robin we made it too the wedding on time.
