This is what a former manager of bucees had to say about the company. Its all 100% true. Working here they will constantly belittle you, taunt you, yell at you, and get on to you about every little thing even timing our bathroom breaks. On top of that, they WILL over work you and try to take advantage of you if you are a good worker. Just dont work here if you value respect and your mental health. The owner Richard does absolutely nothing about how the managers treat their employees, probably because he encourages it.

Triple meat sandwich was OK, sauce too sweet, but at TWELVE dollars it is drastically overpriced. Air costs $2.50 and did not last long enough for 4 low tires.

Returning from a trip from Atlanta to the panhandle of Florida, my diesel truck broke down as I pulled into the Buc-cee's in Auburn off I-85 in Alabama. We still had 170 miles to go and the tow was supposed to be covered by AAA. However, due to it being late afternoon on a Sunday and we still had 170 miles to go, we incurred many difficulties with getting a tow company to travel that distance though we were covered by AAA for 200 miles. This stressful situation going back and forth with AAA and multiple towing companies backing out lasted 4 to 5 hours. I won't go into details of the assistance provided by the General Manager who I will keep anonymous but he took a personal interest in our safety and towing difficulties and came up with solutions that significantly helped the situation. I want to again thank him and the staff for going the extra mile to ensure both our safe return home and that of my vehicle. Through their efforts, I will continue to pass goodwill forward. It feels good when it comes back full circle and you are the recipient of kindness in these days of constant rushing with blinders on. In addition, the accommodations, food, and service were outstanding as always.
