        The HOA does not take care of the exterior. Badly in disrepair. Will not buy there because of this.

        Really enjoyed living here. Nice property, and I was always impressed by how quickly management will fix any maintenance problems. Typically only a day or two to get fixed. Only downside is that many folks do not pick up after their dogs.
