Excellent place to live but very bad administration and attention to the residents, it is 1 month old that dog garbage that smells bad, to fix the air it is called numerous minds and they only say that they do not have a Technician at the moment, or some other thing that is damaged in the apartments is called numerous minds and they only play with our time, I really think it is a very nice place to live but only a bad administration, if they could change the attention to the guests and take care of the area where the guests walk I would give it a 5 stars

The place was great, office staff was always nice and friendly. The main complaint I have is that we lived here for 3 years and after numerous requests to have our windows fixed so they actually opened it was never done. When we moved in they didn't stay open and that made me sad since I love fresh air on cool days. The closet doors that cover the laundry area was a pain as well and after the handful of times it falling off I finally said screw it and took it off completely. Great pool and area to live in. Always quiet.

I lived here for two years and only left due to relocating. Quiet place for a college town and great, centralized location in relation to most things in Auburn/Opelika. Debbie, the complex manager, is exceptional and always does her best for the residents. Would recommend living here.
