Evergreen Auburn

Has been a nice place to live the past two years :) The maintenance staff is super friendly, understanding, and will address any problems in 24 hours or less. The front office staff and administrative team are also very helpful and attentive with any concerns brought to them. The grounds are always well kept, with landscapers and lawn care staff coming frequently, and the area is very pet friendly. The 24 hour courtesy officers are also very kind and keep the safety of Evergreen as their top priority. I always feel comfortable contacting them with any concerns if they arise. It is very nice to live at a place where the employees know you by name and are very dedicated to improving your living experience, especially if you are far away from home. Side Note Another nice perk is that Evergreen is a tiger transit stop as well as a 30-40 minute walk to campus (which is convenient for game days).

Beware!!! To Anybody that plans on living here. Ive had a problem with a staff member madison.I called Madison over the phone and asked for the last 3 days to track the progress on the bbq pits.Each time Madison told me the bbq pits were working.I came in to talk to Madison about the bbq pits and I asked Madison to come outside so I can show her that the bbq pits still werent working and she refused and told me but she insisted they were fixed.I got another staff member to come out since she wouldnt and I show the problem to her.Madison came outside and told me theres nothing she can do about it and that she would do another work order .Madison told me in the meantime just ignite the bbq pits with a lighter .I told her Im not sticking my hand in a propane bbq pit to ignite it thats dangerous.I left briefly and came back to the bbq pits and heard Madison talking to some residents about me asking them to tell her if I caused any problems come to her and let her know.I never had to complaint about so many Unresolved maintenance issues let alone a problem with staff member until I moved here.Trust me this is what you are going to have to deal with if you need a temporary living solution thats unplanned.

Wonderful apartment complex! Ive been living here for a few months now with hardly any problems. Any issues I do have are handled quickly and efficiently by the friendly staff they have on hand! Its great for the price and isnt too far from campus.
