        Students were happy there but cheap housing with constant need for repairs. Have been waiting for almost a year for deposit refund! No one ever answers and the couple time they do they say they will send and never do. Completely illegal. Over 60 days requires double the refund. Filing complaint with federal housing agency.

        If youre looking for off-campus housing or even a place to hangout for the day, Midtown is the perfect spot! There are many different shops, workout facilities, and activities located in Midtown. It is beautiful, well kept, and has always felt very safe. I have loved living here the past two years and wish I could take this house/area with me when I graduate!
