Currently live here. Lived here before years back. Came about 2 years ago. Quiet neighborhood friendly neighbors. My main concern is that the rent is rising but the inside is definitely outdated. I called to put in a work order and was stopped mid conversation and was told to put it in on the website as it is too much. Theyve stopped doing paper invoice for rent. I feel as though since new management has taken over theyre rude and rarely want to deal with others compared to the people that worked in the leasing office a few years back.

Me and my husband are currently moving out and have lived here a couple months shy if 2 years and the amount of issues out of this place is crazy. We fought for a year to get a new ac unit cause ours was near dead but still working in their words when its 100 out and my ac is set to 72 its really 82 in the unit causing the power bill to be $300+! Its out dated the floor isnt level and the cabinets are literally falling apart. No matter how many time you have the bug people come spray and treat there are still roaches and bugs. Our front door looks like it was kicked in before we moved in and they put a metal plate on it instead of getting a new door and frame. Fridge we have we have put in multiple request for new seals and never have gotten any or anyone to come look at it. Master toilet was broken when we moved in but still works so they epoxied it instead of getting a new one and the list goes on. Have changed management 3 times in 2 years and seems like every other day theres a new office lady and the one here now is short and rude. Im glad we are being deployed out. Military housing aint great but its better than this.

We are a resident in one of the apartment at Village West. My child was awaken early this morning to workers from All Restoration Solutions entering through a locked window with no knock on the front door or announcement that they were entering. My wife sent an email to the Property Mgr and we haven't heard anything back from the Mgr. When people can enter your home without announcing to the resident that they are entering and now the workers are using our power that we have to pay for to operate equipment working on the windows. No notice was given to us that they would be using our power to do part of the work. This is just one example of the type of things that go on at this Property. We also have had multiple van load of people that are getting out of the van with nothing but duffle bags and now living in some of the Apartments with little to no furniture at all. Why? Do they have an actual lease like the rest of the residents are required to have to live in the Apartments? I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. But there's no option for less than 1 star.
