        Im giving them 1 star because there is no option to give them zero. I am writing on behalf of my friend who rents from Brown Crest realty (she is scared they will evict her if they see her review). The employees at this business (if you could even call it that) are condescending, disrespectful, and utterly unprofessional. Not to mention some of the requirements they have for residents are shady and illegal. DO NOT give them your business/money. You will regret it!!

        Do not rent from Tucker Brown Realty. My daughter lived in one of their apartments for 3 years and paid $750 per month along with 2 other roommates for a total of $2250 per month. We have had nothing but problems with them. The company is a rip-off. Its a one - person show that is very unprofessional and their leases will take advantage of the renter EVERY WAY possible. If anyone wants specific details I will be glad to provide them.

        The people in the office could not be any ruder if they tried. They have no problem coming by and harassing you at your apartment, and seem to have forgotten how to treat people with an ounce of respect. I truly hope some etiquette classes are somewhere in their future.
