    Eye doctor and her assistant and the ladies at front desk was absolutely wonderful!!! But the lady that took care of ordering of glasses has no communication skills. Order the glasses she said they would be in on a Monday. I waited till Wednesday to call about the glasses still haven't came. On Thursday got a call saying the lens were broke and they had to redo glasses. It would have been nice if we would have gotten a phone call to lets us know what was going on. Also it would have been even better if the lady that order the glasses would have went out of her to get the glasses sooner. It took over a week to get glasses.

    I used this facility for the first time out of necessity. Recieved an eye exam and contact fitting. Could not get contacts for clear distance and reading after several tries. Went through two types of frames and three lenses and still could not read. I spoke to insurance company for advice and followed through with their recomendation. Full return and refund of all out of pocket expenses paid. Plus credit back to my vision insurance. This was a 6 week progress. I recieved and eye exam and contact fitting with another Dr. and I sit here another week and a half later with contacts I can see out of and 2 pair of designer frames I can actually read out of. Bottom line, the script from eye exam was wrong from the start. I also was able to buy 2 pair of designer frames with minimal charge without insurance than I did one pair from them with insurance. A frame style does not make a difference if you can read clearly of not if your script is wrong. First step should have been to recheck the eyes. Lesson learned, I have no plans to return their again.

    We have been using the Atmore Vision Center for several years now and have been completely satisfied. They go out their way to make our experience an exceptional one. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and kind. Our six year old granddaughter always looks forward to going there for her glasses and adjustments. We would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone needing vision services.

Mrs Clarke I completely understand your frustration. Nothing frustrates us more than when product does not arrive in a timely manner. Please understand that despite our multiple calls to the lab and requests for a priority to be placed on the job, lab errors kept the lenses from passing inspection. The last thing we want to deliver is substandard product. In the end, better communication from the lab And us would have helped all parties understand the delays. Again we are sorry for your inconvenience.
