        Reserved a spot online for 9:20 this morning, and arrived 10 minutes early as prompted. I understand running a little bit behind as these places usually run based on severity but as of 10:30 I was still waiting and only 2 patients had been called back the whole time I was there (and the online queue said I was next in line the whole time.) I went and asked what was taking so long and one of the front desk people said they would go check. A couple minutes later the other front desk person told me that they usually dont do this but the first front desk person was going to the back to help so I could be seen faster because everyone in the back was new and didnt know what they were doing. After waiting well over an hour past my estimated time to be seen and that comment I decided to just leave because that made me uncomfortable and made me think I would not get the care I need. I went to a different urgent care and was seen almost immediately! Would not recommend this place to anyone not feeling well or otherwise.
