      image A UPS driver refuses to deliver packages to all the paying customers on two streets here in Athens and instead drops them at this store. This store knows this driver does this, knows the driver lies on his/her delivery remarks, and knows that he/she refuses to deliver on our road, but they won't lift a finger to help resolve the situation or meet their obligations. I have gotten in touch with them and/or UPS corporate a dozen times conerning undelivered packages, and nothing gets done. And this was happening to everyone on this road before I moved here.
