      image I gave 2 stars because the unit itself is very nice, otherwise it would have been 1! This is the third time Ive rented a unit at this exact location and the new fully automated rental process is AWFUL! Overall, the process took way too long! I then provided my proof of insurance that is literally included through escrow in my mortgage payment yet they need another copy in a month! Ridiculous!! Again, Ive rented here before and I only had to provide that proof of insurance ONCE! They also no longer provide a veteran discount only active duty and it isnt much. Very disappointing! Lastly, its probably NOT a good decision to harass someone for feedback!
