Re/Max Legacy: Winn Team

I was going through a different real estate agent (who was fantastic), but unfortunately, he had to deal with the Winn team. I wanted a transom window above the door, and they installed the half moon window. My agent asked Gray Winn to make it right and maybe throw in a refrigerator into the deal, and Gray basically laughed in his face and said that he can give me my deposit back if I don’t want the house. I still wanted the house because it was my first house, but apparently, the Winn team were taking “potential buyers” into my house to look around, even though I was still getting the house. When we did the walkthrough, it was with Trey, and I pointed out the half moon window again and that it was a shame that I didn’t get what I originally wanted, and I didn’t even get an apology. When I said that, Trey remained quiet. Still didn’t even apologize. So to sum up, the Winn team refused to apologize for their mistake, laughed in my real estate agents’ face, and took potential buyers through my house. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Shady people. I’ve seen good people go down the wrong path all for money. Smh
