I have had nothing but great service when Ive shopped here. The reviews are all low but Ive never encountered anything negative. Im usually only in Staples to have things printed for me but its always been a positive experience. Tonight Jacklyn helped me with an order & was very knowledgeable about it. 5 stars from me!

Job well done folks. Staples in Athens always manages to have the answer to my problem, whether its their UPS shipping service or printing photos. They'll be my first stop from now on rather than my last resort. Shout out to the manager for the bonus coupon today. Customer service was tops!

Visited to make black and white copies. The customer service is poor and inconsiderate of the clientele. The print staff were inattentive and rude. I have been inside twice before and personally had no problem, but witnessed someone else both times who had altercations with staff. I understand now how that could happen. I made the decision to leave without making the copies or pressing the staff to help me.
