When you mail a package and insure it for $2500.00, they steal it. Then after they open a case on it, they close it the next day. They've done that twice so far. They scanned it in on the day it was dropped off (11 days ago). The USPS tracking number says it was accepted at the Athens, AL Post Office with no further actions. When we call the Athens Post Office for the case status, they hang up. When you call USPS Customer Service they can't understand why the open "loss/non-delivered" case keeps getting closed. We truly hope you are enjoying you're enjoying custom anniversary gifts. DO NOT use this Post Office.

Ive requested Package pickups SEVERAL times and each time they send a message that the packages were picked up, LIE!!! They never pick them up and then i have to take them down to the post office the next day and run the risk of loosing business!!!! This is the worst Service ive ever had from a post office!! Plus They cant even deliver my mail to the right house!!! Im always having to hunt down my mail!!! Get your frigging Poop Together!!! This Post Office could care less about its community!! So sad!!! Wish we had a better option! If I Could give this place Negative Stars I would!! Usless!!! Just look at their reviews!!

Literally the worst post office. I've called all day looking for a package and it just rings and rings and rings. Zero customer service.

Now i don't know why people say this place is so bad because i don't experience the horrible "lazyness" of the workers because to me they are always 100%, but they do their stuff!
