Lauren Clark EXIT Realty Downhome

When I say that Lauren Clark is the epitome of what anyone is looking for in a realtor, I genuinely mean it. After working with two realtors that didn't make time to listen to what we needed, I was blessed to have found Lauren. In a matter of 30 or so days, she found our dream home and had us under contract for a new construction home that completely met every one of our needs and wants. She then became a dear friend during the time to complete the home. We were completely new to the area and coming from out of state. Lauren made us feel comfortable looking for houses from so far away and we truly felt like she was taking care of us in every way she could. She's very thorough and made sure to check every little thing in each house she looked at for us. We're very thankful to have found Lauren and know that we made the best decision choosing her as our realtor.

We went through 4 different realtors over 2 months before finding Lauren. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Lauren now. Other realtors pushed us to buy homes we werent sure about, said they wanted to help us but then took hours to reply to our texts and calls, were not readily available when needed. Lauren knows about all the Huntsville areas in and out, I actually reached out to her after seeing how much info she was offering to people on Facebook with questions about Huntsville! She also has aggressive bidding strategies, this market is crazy and the good homes priced right go fast, like 1-2 days! My heart broke after seeing homes contingent before we even got a chance to look at them, but Lauren helped us broaden our search and find hidden gems in places we never knew to look. The other realtors would show us over priced homes that had been sitting on the market for days. Lauren acts fast and made us a priority. Shes also honest and trustworthy, she wont try and sell you a lemon and she isnt afraid of hard work or long hours. Her priority isnt the sale, she genuinely cares about the people she works for and will go above and beyond to find your dream home fast.
