Worst experience ever went to pay my payment on due date they said I was behind and was not paper said 26th I was their on 26th had to pay loan in full I will advise not to use this company if you value your money this place is a rip off and joke so be warned if you use this company

I hardly ever do any reviews! If I could give negative stars I would! I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews!!! Basically my husband had gotten a title loan for $500 through title cash. We had previously talked to them about him losing his job and never heard anything about the company switching over to lend nation. Never received a call, letter no one came by anything. We had called up there several times because my husband works nights and sleeps during the day and we only have the one car. They came yesterday 4 days before Christmas and demanded their money we tried to work with them since it was a the first time seeing or hearing from them despite several attempts to contact them on the phone. The woman got smart with us and honked at us and then sat her big butt in our car and told us she was taking it. She said unless we have $750 (which we didnt being right before Christmas) she e would take it to the office and call us and work out something with us. We have two kids and the only means of transportation we have and they took it so we called and called all day and didnt recirve a call until 5:40 about our car. Apparently they had gotten a ton more peoples cars according to the lady and hadnt dinosaurs putting them all into the computer. My husband goes up there today to try and work something out and they tell him its blew $1750 to get the car back!!!!! After only borrowing $500 in the first place!!!! Now tell me where people are gonna find 1750 four days before Christmas! Im telling you now whatever you do DO NOT get anything with these people! Please listen to me whatever you do!!!!!!!!!!
