Brad has been my insurance agent for more than 15-years, and also insures several members of my family. His dedication, determination, client loyalty, and service is unmatched anywhere else in the industry. If he cannot get you the best deal, he will refer you to someone who can. More importantly, whether it is coverage advice or claims support, he has always gone above and beyond industry and my personal expectations in providing personal service. As the industry goes more toward a faceless 1-800 number where you talk to someone new every time, Brad and Susan provide personal service, especially when the unexpected happens.
