A very knowledgeable staff helped us with our choice. The pricing is unbeatable, anywhere. 10 days after we signed a contract, a very professional crew installed the tops and they were a perfect fit. The one joint they had to have is virtually undetectable. I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful company!!!! I highly recommend. From sales, price to measuring ,cutting and installation!!! Everyone was very easy to work with and extremely professional... I absolutely love my new countertops!!!

Struggling to put in nice countertops, give Surface world a call. Put in granite countertops for about 1900 for about 35sqft , that included the sink and 4 backsplash.

Very unhappy with the granite we purchased from here which turned out to be marble. Had many problems with scratching and cracks on the surface. When I called after the second crack they admitted its marble not granite. Spent almost $10,000 for this and its horrible in a kitchen I use every day. Marble doesnt belong in a kitchen thats used and I never would have got it had I known it wasnt granite. They were very deceptive and Id advise any buyer to beware and look elsewhere. Were going to replace it at our expense because they said they could try to repair it but it would show.

Be very careful dealing with this company. They tried to increase the price we had agreed to by 50% a couple of days before the install date. We discussed the job, a replacement of a small vanity counter top, preferred color, their abundance of remnant slabs in said color, and the minimum price of $600. I told them that if they could get the job done for the $600 I was in, at that point we had a verbal agreement. I was asked to come in to select the remnant and make a deposit. I made a deposit and then at this time they sent me the paperwork invoice that came in at $7XX.xx. I was initially going to eat the increase cost just to get the job done and I did appreciate how quickly they were going to be able to get it done. Then at the end of day on a Friday before a schedule M/T install they called and demanded that I pay an additional fee of $150 to have them remove the existing counter and toss in their dumpster. However, I should be thankful because they would normally charge $250. At this point the scam was obvious. Classic contractor scam. We had agreed to $600 and as they added fees we were approaching $900, a 50% increase in the original price. Never be unwilling to walk away, thats exactly what these scams depend on.
