Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we assured her that we would make every effort to send someone over as soon as possible. After scheduling a contractor, we were informed that while an assessment could be conducted, there would not be enough time to complete the installation on that particular day. Given the potential risk to her young children if the ladder were to collapse, we emphasized the importance of addressing the issue immediately to prevent any harm. We recommended securing the attic and ensuring their safety until the following day. The contractor agreed that this temporary measure would be appropriate.Upon arrival at the location, our contractor engaged with the homeowner, providing a clear explanation of the work that needed to be done and outlining the timeline for completion. Regrettably, we encountered some difficulties in our interaction with the homeowner, and we understand that this may have impacted her perception of our services. It is worth mentioning that such situations are rare for us, as we strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers.We would like to reiterate that our primary goal was to ensure the safety of Miss Fanning's children.
