The only word I can use to describe Phillip and his team is Amazing! I needed a large concrete pad ASAP. I was kidding myself thinking that I wouldnt be waiting weeks for someone to come give me an estimate. Not only did North Alabama Concrete Solutions give me an estimate the very day I called, but my pad was formed, poured, and completed within 3 days! Phillip kept me up to date on everything. When I first called The company for a quote I was told there would be a $20 fee to come out Because theyve been burned before. I didnt want to spend the money on a quote (which comes off the job price, if hired). I had three other quotes and then my husband and I decided it was worth $20 to have this company come out given the great reviews. And what if they were better and we missed out over $20. They were better and Phillip, the owner, was everything I had read in previous reviews. He very professional , cares about his name being on the job and had a better price then two of the three. Because of his professionalism we chose him for the job. They came out within four days of the quote and started working on our garage. It was a bit of more of a challenge then we knew because of heavy rain the days before starting the job. Phillip and his crew managed it and got the water out and ground prepped for the cement. He had all of the equipment on hand at the job ready to go. His character, work ethics and work quality speaks volumes. We will definitely be looking to this company for other jobs like fixing the roof on our shed. Attached are the before and after photos as well as a few in between.
