I have been working with this bank in one aspect or and other for almost 9 years now and every one I have ever been involved with in any aspect has always been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Just remember you get back what you project to others.

Service with Trustmark bank started out great opening up a business account with the bank on Jefferson Street in Athens Alabama. We continue to get good service for at least a year until we opened up a HELOC loan with the bank location on 72 in Athens Alabama. The two women that are over the loan department are very snooty ,rude, and they procrastinate on getting things done. It took six weeks for the loan officer to tie up all the loose ends after the paperwork was signed. There was a discrepancy with the interest rate .They did nothing but profile my wife and I and tell us one lie after another. After six months, we wanted to lock the interest rate in. Unfortunately, I was not going to be able to sign the paperwork because of my job. My wife had power of attorney to sign on my behalf. They did nothing, but give my wife and I a hard time. They told us that we had to get a couple of things in order for that to happen so thats what we did. We went back after we done so. Then all of a sudden that was not good enough and we had to do a couple other things. My wife and I come to the conclusion that they just wanted to lead us on and drag it out. Needless to say four weeks after trying to get this thing locked in we still have not done so yet. The women at Trustmark bank including the supervisor thats over all the branches in Madison, Alabama , think theyre do-gooders, snooty and rude. I would not waste my time doing business with this bank. FYI. We talked to Stephen, which is over all the banks and he sent us to Wendy, which is the main supervisor. We also talk to Gwen, which is the supervisor over Misty.Weve talked to several people and we have not been able to get anything done yet. They think there highfalutin city folks at this bank on Highway 72 in Athens, and theyre not nobody special. They are definitely not a bank you work with being country folks.
