        This is the worse internet and TV provider ever!!! Don't waste your money or time with this company.

        They are very unprofessional. My mom turned off internet thru them because she doesn't use it... they never once told her that it would automatically turn off her home phone... which she had for 16 years... she called to see what is wrong with her phone and they lied to her saying nothing is wrong... and that a customer service person would come out... the rep came and had no idea what he was sent out to do.... horrible.

        Edit: We are charge $90 a month for the $50 plan. Just avoid this service at all costs. This is by far the worst internet service I have ever used. My fianc gets charged TWICE every time we pay the bill and on top of that, its super slow and it just stops working randomly all the time. Way too pricey for the garbage service. What a scam.
