As a fresh first-time-homeowner, the sight of my ceiling leaking water after a recent storm was basically paralyzing. Virotect Restoration was at my house in an hour to mitigate, and they made me feel like I could trust that things were going to be okay. Cody did an excellent job answering my questions professionally and was also extremely funny and personable during the difficult time. Im still bummed about my roof getting leaky unexpectedly, but Im glad to be reassured that everything is DRY!

I called Serv-Pro and I told the lady that I got about 2 inchs of water in my house. The lady said they were busy, but would have someone call me back the next day! I called my brother and he said he had a friend that could help me. Within 15-20 mins Mr. Ross the owner reach out to me and I explained to him what had happened. He said I will call you right back! Couple minutes late, he called and said he had some men on the way. The men worked 2 1/2 to 3 hrs to get the water up! They left my house around 7:30 that night. The next 8 days they were there drying my house out. They even found some other issues we didnt know about. I know there is always a silver lining to everything. If not for the water heater leaking , we wouldnt have found the other problems! If you ever have ANY WATER TROUBLES, call VIROTECT, you want be disappoint.super easy to work with and always letting you know there next step! If I could rate them from 1-10, I would give them a 10.
