Walgreens Pharmacy

I was very sick and picking up an antibiotic plus a few other OTC items. One staff member, possibly a tech, seemed particularly rude when asking for my address. I gave her my current address and she interrupted me to tell me the address is incorrect and for some reason it's in another state. The original address I gave was in the state she mentioned, which she would have known if she'd let me finish speaking, and I was already straining to talk because I had lost my voice. So I had to list 4 or more other addresses until I got the "correct" one before she would give me my medication. Is this normal practice in Alabama? Most places only require date of birth, which I had already given her. I just felt this was unnecessary and she was rude because of my out of state address, which was incorrect in their system. I paid and left, she didn't ask if I had questions or mention any of the otc medications my doctor had also added to the order. I recommend avoiding this location for their poor customer service to people who don't live in the area.

Usually very quick if your waiting but that is dependent upon who is working. Have on occasion run out of medication I buy monthly. Very friendly and kind staff. Easy to get a flu shot and all the pharmacists do a great job with the injection. The retail part of the store is priced fairly high but will occasionally have some nice sales. The retail section is usually a little understaffed. I would not hesitate to reccomend this Walgreen's location to family and friends.

They are always helpful and friendly and it always has a cheerful atmosphere and it clean and sanitized and just the right temp and well organized and they try to help you save all you can I subject this Walgreen to anyone I love shopping at this one the best !

This store always has people willing to help!!! If you can't find what you are looking for they are always willing to call other stores or try to order it online for you. I never have a problem in this store. Thank you!!! #EverydayRealtor
