        Had appointment scheduled last week. The technician never showed to give the estimate called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Randy. He assured me that he gave me another technicians name and number that was scheduled for today at 10AM no call no show again when I called the technician he said oh yeah we did have that appointment scheduled today. Call back to speak to Randy and he has called and left me a voicemail that they were unloading the truck. I guess that was more important than customers that have been stood up already previously. Very poor customer service

      No maam, it was not more important than a customer, but we had over 200 windows to unload. I didn’t want the ladies in the office having to help so we grabbed every available man to unload the truck. There was a communication issue. After speaking with Zack, our salesman, he confirmed that he called you the morning of the appointment at 8:24 but did not receive a reply until 6:39 that evening. We acknowledge the communication lapse and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
