Do you hire kids off the street, throw them to the woles and say have at it..?
You obviously don't train them..!
I came in to get a document noterized, yes I do have a Regions account..!
The young girl who didn't know if they were even allowed to noterize a document was told to tell me they did not noterize Legal Documents..?
WHAT OTHER TYPE OF DOCUMENT WOULD YOU NOTERIZE OTHER THAN A LEGAL DOCUMENT..?
Google didn't have an answer to that question..!
While I'm at it, a week earlier I did a Zell transfer and it took them five days... WHAT, FIVE DAYS..?
What a POS bank..!

ATM with their name all over it but when I called to tell them the machine kept my black card ($20K limit) they were not concerned at all. Tina was her name.
My husband and I are old. He thought he knew his password well he was guessing. I needed cash which we had never done since we had the card 6 years now.
Card has a low balance maybe $100 on it all the time. Just enough to keep it open.
I only put in the passcode Twice and the machine said it was keeping the card !!!
I called the bank. They told me well thats your problem.
No one cares. I know if your name is on a ATM you should have some responsibility and knowledge as to what to tell the customers like me when this happens instead of say its not our machine . I dont know what to tell you in a non caring manner.
This so frustrating so be careful using a ATM that has REGIONS on it. They told me its not them - not theirs but yet they put their name on it. Hmmmmm.
