Worst place to live they dont put in work orders
And then blame you for them not putting it in Sheila has a horrible attitude there trying to charge us for a $600 water bill that they dont even know
How it happened and now there evicting us because we refuse to pay that $600 and when you go to the office you get downed for asking questions about it 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I didn't stay here long because of the rats and roaches. Everything starts tearing up. Especially the stove it cuts on by its safe(creepy) they power ALWAYS shutting off sometimes the water. Them wanches in the office had bad attitude and lie all the time. They can NEVER keep anyone to fix anything there. So they stay hiring. No PRIVACY AND ITS LOUD people always fighting and shooting so I WOULDNT RECOMMEND

I lived here for almost six years in a 2bedroom townhouse style apt. While there I had the same neighbors underneath me and on the side of me. I never had any issues with bugs or rodents. Office staff are great and always got anything that I needed done. (Mrs.Sheila and Ms.Monique) theyre super sweet.! Their only issue was maintenance, they have a hard time keeping good maintenance workers. My apt had been well kept previously because I didnt have any big issues! My stove went out and they got me a brand new one.. My dish washer messed up once and so did my air but it was fixed almost promptly.! I honestly wished Id stayed.. I needed more room as my family had expanded.
