Had my zero turn sent here by asurion and I wish I had known before hand. Where to begin... Mower went in for failure to start. They just kept trying new parts with a week or so between parts. By the end they were doing ng an engine head gasket, which had NOTHING to do with starting issue and could offer no explanations. Also seal looks like the puttied it together. Also damaged spindle under deck, you can tell it's new due to clean bearing...

Took my Echo weed eater in for repair told him exactly what was wrong with it a few days later I get it back with just under $100 charge $90 that was Labor they replace some new parts that I had already put on it get it home few days later go to use it have the exact same issues weed eater will not run it'll idle for a few minutes and it will die this is exactly the issue that I took it to him so I'm going to take it back and give them the chance to make it right they said they won't charge me to check it they've already charged me an hour labor for doing 10 minutes worth of work so we'll see if they get it fixed the second time around at which time I will update this comment. So I just got the call that my weed eater now is suffering from catastrophic compression failure something that I felt should have been checked the first time while they were working on it their mechanic tries to claim that my gas looks cloudy even though it's the same gas that was in it when they had it the first time and I can't see that from the time I brought it home from them till the day I tried to start 5 days later in my garage that I would have compression failure so yeah I will never take anything back to them again they charge me $100 for something that didn't fix the issue and they didn't completely check it out or else they would have noticed there was something wrong with it it's something that they can fix but it would cost more to fix than what it's worth instead I'm out $100 for nothing other than an apology sorry we didn't check it out right the first time.

Horrible service, not only did they not do anything to my mower. They had to too unburry my push mower from junk, and garbage. On top of that, to take the mower home, after they didn't do anything they wanted to charge me a "convince fee" of 26 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE ITS A SCAM.

I have a Troy-built riding lawnmower was cutting very uneven had my yard looking bad. Called up my warranty customer service they started my case number and gave me Hinson Chain Saw location I called them up dropped it off Monday morning around 9:45 am then yesterday day I was out in the backyard in the garden they called me at 9:00 am said it was ready. So I got it back home and got it unloaded and WOW!!!! What a great job they did and very nice staff nice and friendly I highly recommended them.
