        Front Desk ppl are AHHHHMAZING... Rooms DEF need an upgrade...the 1st one I looked at was a, King Suite and it was nice but the kids (here for Christmas) wanted me to spend the night with them and the, GranGirl so we were in #107 which is a queen double. The shower head fell off while I was shampooing my hair. There was rust around the ceiling as well. The front door did not close completely so there was always noise, light, wind & chill coming through the Crack. The room was CLEAN as was the linens, bedding & carpet...it is simply time for some, TLC. I/we would stay again just in a little better room.
