        Ive never had a store manager speak to me the way the manager at Marvins did. I had my receipt and was returning pvc pipe that I purchased 5 days earlier. She initially said that I didnt buy that pipe from her store. I explained that the pipe had never left my truck and that it was certainly purchased from her store. She basically called me a liar and accused me of attempting to return merchandise from another store. Lowes to be exact. I had to walk out back and match the barcode with pipe she had on the rack before she would return the pipe. She never even apologized. The clerk at the register apologized several times. Corporate needs to pull this lady and send her to customer service training. This is not my 1st bad experience with this store.

      Hi Natasha, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the broken bulb. We try to check all products for damages before they leave the store but sometimes things get missed.
