The Urban lounge

A friend has her hair done here and it looks gorgeous. This was my first visit. I was seated at the stylist's station right in front of a huge window. I commented about sitting in the sun and it was pretty warm, but she made no offer to move elsewhere. I recommend that they put something in the window, film, sheers or something. She dry cut my hair which I have never seen anyone do. Then she didn't even blow off the little cut pieces with a blow dryer. One side of my head didn't seem to be layered correctly and it just looks choppy. I am not happy with the cut. I had mentioned it was my first time there and no one mentioned the other services they provide. That's bad for your business. I won't be going back.

I have been using the urban lounge since it opened. This is the first time I have had a complaint or ever sent a bad review in my 75 years. I know my nails were in sad shape from moving the last 3 weeks. However. My manicurist didnt clean my nails. I apologized for them. Did not do my cuticles which she normally does. Gave me a one coat of gel I was done in27 minutes. It cost me 30$. I asked her if price had gone up. She said no. I gave her a 10$ tip. I will not be going back. Service: Manicure

Very nice people it was a very nice business very clean over all my experience was very pleasant. I had eyelashes removed they were done properly I was talked to the whole entire time about what was going on and she was a super nice person I definitely would go back again to have my lashes removed.

Deb is the best of the best! My spray tan was the best Ive ever had and thats the smallest thing she does, customer for life.
