We made the difficult decision as a family to sell our lake home this Spring, but once that decision was made, working with Adam made everything that followed an absolute dream.
Adam is incredibly personable, responsive, knowledgeable and organized. He was always two steps ahead on things that needed to happen. He took great initiative and ownership of the little things that make the home selling process go smoothly, and was a great communicator on items we as owners needed to take care of.
I truly cant say enough wonderful things about Adam as both a person and an agent! We hope to buy another lake home in the not too distant future and Adam will undoubtedly be our first call!

Adam represented us in our first property purchase in Lake Martin. He is absolutely amazing to work with. He responded immediately when I first reached out and exceeded our expectations with communication throughout the process. He is a wealth of knowledge with all things Lake Martin: communities, properties, developers, restaurants, etc. He wasn't phased taking our very large family, including our young children, all around the lake to look at homes. We will definitely have Adam represent us when we are ready to upgrade our lake home!

Adam is the best of the best! When interviewing realtors to sell my mothers lake house after she passed away last year, I knew the moment we spoke and met in person that he was the right choice! This house was a big part of our family for 30 years with many cherished memories. Adams family had recently gone through the same process so it was very comforting to have someone who truly understood and navigate this process while also grieving. He guided us through every step from pre-listing repairs to selling it! Since he lives at Lake Martin he was always readily available to meet whomever for repairs, showings, etc. Lastly, Adam is a go-getter which seems rare to find these days. He went above and beyond and we are forever grateful!
